Why a new Potomac Chapter of the ATA?
The Potomac Chapter, which has been inactive for over a year, now has a new Chapter President and is seeking ATA members to serve on its chapter board of directors. Our goals is to bring together teleservices professionals throughout the area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia) by providing exemplary member benefits that integrate education, networking and social activities, which harmonize our ability to collaborate, communicate and share resources.
What is the Chapter's Purpose?
To provide an integrated platform of education, networking and social activities that exceeds the expectations of our members, while providing innovation, creativity, proven methodologies and the ability interact with the resources of the Potomac Chapter of the ATA. The chapter will also welcome non-members to events to provide insight to the ATA and the benefits of membership.
