Ohio Valley

Have you run a highly effective contest in your organization? Would you like to compete for a "Foyer Friendly" plaque for Best in Class?

Then join us on Tuesday, July 20th for a great opportunity to share your success and learn for the success of others!

Why Attend?

  • You will learn from industry leaders about proven successful contests and incentive programs
  • Receive a summary of all the presentations
  • Attend a network social afterwards

You must be in attendance, however, to get a summary of the presentations. So join us - share your ideas and WIN!

Competition will be broken into the following Best Contest Program Categories:

  • Inbound Sales Program
  • Up-Sell and/or Cross-sell on an Inbound Program
  • Outbound Marketing
  • Selling on Customer Service Call
  • Collections
  • Quality

You will have 10 minutes to present your program to a panel of expert judges who will score your contest based on:

  • Originality - Is this an idea that was generated internally? Is it an innovative twist on a proven contest?
  • Hype - How was the event promoted? How often? Use of displays and (internal) media. (e.g. banners, bulletin boards, hand outs, etc.)
  • Effectiveness - Did you achieve the desired results? How much of a lift did the contest give to the program? What was the ROI?
  • Reach - Can just about any team members win or will only the top or lowest producers have a chance to win?
  • Focus - Were the requirements sufficiently narrowly defined or were there a lot of qualifiers that cluttered the effectiveness of the contest?
  • Alignment - Did the contest give lift to the metrics that were important (needed improvement) to consumer and/or the organization?

    Judges:

    Karen Bell - Lockheed Martin
    Sally Cordova - McKee Consulting
    Sam Maniar - PRADCO
Deborah Mascellino - Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities

There is no entry fee AND you will receive a summary of all presentations after the event so that you will have a whole portfolio of the industry's best contests!
